SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar SB 166.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected.                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
A roll call vote  was taken.  The motion to calendar  SB 166 carried                                                            
with Senators  Phillips,  Therriault and Cowdery  voting "yea,"  and                                                            
Senator Ellis voting "nay."
